I'm a Geezer

I just had my yearly physical and my doctor says I'm 112! I still love the beach and taking walks with "my people".

I haven't seen 'a big white dog' in a very long time! Too bad she didn't sick around longer, but we had a good time while it lasted.

Todays Morning Walk

Ya never know what you'll discover on your morning walks....a shark (we didn't stick around for the barbeque tho)
and Gabriel and his neat bike. He even let "my people" try it out and they really liked it!

It's the 4th of July

It's my 14th birthday and I got to see my buddy Stanley! He reminds me of my cousin Tollie. We start waving at each other from two blocks away....and "my people" think my eyes are failing, course they think I'm getting deaf too! Who says an old dog can't pull a few tricks?
People say you should try something new each year, maybe I'll take up surfing? But then again what do 'people' know? Maybe I'll ask Stanley what he thinks?

Field Day

I got to hang out with the 'Ham's this weekend in the park. They made around 250 contacts in spite of poor band conditions....what ever that means.....

This is down right embarrassing. How many of you would like photos of yourselves in the tub? I have to admit tho, I feel sooooo much better and lighter without all that dirt! Maybe the girls will like me now? It could happen, ya never know. I'd rather have a swim in the ocean!

Quilt Show

I got "taken" to a quilt show last saturday. I haven't been to one in ages. They only let me go to the outdoor ones. It was a nice walk through town but it got kinda hot, good thing I had cold water along. I met one of my favorite authors, Earlene Fowler. She writes light mysteries with the settings on the central coast of California.
